Introduction: This research provides a scientific critique of Abdolhossein Khosropanah's "Juristic-Analytical Model of Islamic Social Sciences". This endeavor is essential for advancing religious science and new theorization, because methodological order underpins scientific thought. Objective: The main objective is to scientifically critique this model and identify its strengths and weaknesses, especially its ambiguities and issues, for the improvement of this framework and similar models. Methodology: The research was conducted using an analytical-critical method, focusing on methodological critique. The goal was to identify internal structural contradictions through the formal and content analysis of the model. Findings: Strengths include attention to theorization, religious science, grounding in Sadraean philosophical and juristic traditions, and model updating. Significant weaknesses include: Lack of comprehensive definition and demarcation of key concepts (such as culture, religion, human). Lack of systematic relationship between the model and the classification of sciences. Structural jumps and abrupt transitions in content. Ambiguous understanding of Islamic social sciences. Conceptual confusion among epistemological criteria and methodological issues (such as model, theory). Conclusion: Methodological critiques are essential for scientific progress. The conceptual ambiguities and lack of precise demarcation in the model indicate a need for a more systematic methodological framework to produce strong theories in Islamic social sciences.
