Abstract
Abstract This study was conducted to explain the characteristics of a multicultural curriculum based on the experiences of successful teachers in this training. To answer the research questions, several separate research methods have been used. Methods, each of which alone can be the basis of independent research, but due to a certain necessity are now present in a study at the same time. In order to identify the best in the field of study, the ideal experience method was used in 4 stages of design, search, observation and collection, analysis. The research community consisted of successful teachers in multicultural education who were identified and selected with the help of NAM site. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews; and were analyzed by glycerol analysis. The results of interviews with teachers, after summarizing and validating, were divided into 4 main axes: objectives, content, teaching methods and evaluation. Each of the main axes has sub-elements that include a total of 28 sub-axes
